Is Increased Parenchymal Echogenicity In Ovaries A Cause For Concern?
Hi doctor.. my sister reports for an unltrasound says Right ovary volume 12ml3 and left ovary volume 16 ml3.both ovaries shows increased parenchymal echogenecity and multiple small follicles I wanna know how serious is this and what can she do about it? She is 23 years old n from last 4 months she is having only 1 day periods..
