Is Indentation And Bruise Near The Forehead Post An Injury A Cause For Concern?

My daughter has an indentation from the top of her forehead down to her eye socket just like I do and she injured this area and there has been a bruise there for at least 8 days. It has cleared a little. My question is should I be worried and see the doctor or will it just take longer for this bruise to heal considering the location?
