Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms inflamed
taste buds needs not to be always due to burning or biting the tongue but can also be due to bacterial or
fungal infection..
The black spots are due to debris entrapment and
bacterial growth over the papillae and at times the papillae overgrows and does not shed normally leading to more entrapment of the debris and it causes more of infection..
Nothing to worry about it, do gargles with 1:1 solution of
hydrogen peroxide and water.
Soda bi cab gargles will also help..
You can use a tongue cleaner or a soft toothbrush to clean your tongue.
Eat raw fruits and vegetables at they provide friction and help in normal shedding of papillae and clean of debris and bacteria..
Drink plenty of water..
Follow for 1 week and if there is improvement continue for 1 week more..
In case if the symptoms does not improve consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
