Is Intake Of Ceftin Safe Along With Protonix, Lisinopril And Melatonin?
I was prescribed Ceftin today, however I was looking over the drug warnings and noticed that two drugs I take are on the list. I take 40 mg of protonix daily and lysinipril with HTCZ. I also take 5 mg of melatonin and magnesium nightly. Are these safe with the Ceftin?

Cfuroxime Axetil (Ceftin) is one of the very safe cephalosporins. It can be taken with drugs that you have mentioned. There is no interaction with any of those drugs.
So, you need not worry. You can continue to take all those drugs with Ceftin, which has to be taken for a few days only.
