hi.....sir now i m 4rth month pergnant yesterday i got sever head ache & light fever so i have took dolo650 tablet without my doctor help......it will affect my baby ........please clear my doubt sir?

dolo 650 is plain paracetamol tablet which is extremely safe during pregnancy and is actually prescribed for fever in pregnant woman, so your baby is safe. but ake sure you get yourself evaluated if fever doesnt subside.
