Is It A Matter Of Concern If A 2 Month Old Tries To Suck Her Fist In A Repetitive Manner ?
I have a 2 1/2 month of baby girl. About a week ago she started raising her right hand (close fist) to her mouth and bringing it back down in a repetitive motion (at least 10 times in a row without other movement). My questions are: - Is there any cause for coecurn? - What could this be? Thank you.

then its better u consult your paediatrician..also get a EEG done to know the cause..hope you had no problems during delivery..

if its only one episode then do not worry..observe her carefully cos the decription looks like seizures but nothing to worry..a carefull watch is what u can do now,,if it occurs again consult your doctor..watch out for symtoms like closing of eyes,staring look and movements of other limbs..take care
