Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. Having a lower jaw chin that is small is called micrognathia. Sometimes it is part of a generalized chromosomal disorder. A white spot on the baby s heart is called an Echogenic Cardiac Focus. This too by itself is not a disease or disorder, but sometimes is a part of a larger abnormal syndrome. Such findings ( micrognathia, echogenic cardiac focus ) are called soft markers. These soft markers prompt the doctor / clinician to search for any chromosomal disorders. Hence, further tests should be done , such as - 1. TIFFA - detailed anomaly scan in expert hands 2. Fetal Echocardiography and Doppler 3. Amniocentesis if indicated.
