Is It Advisable To Give External Milk For A 2 Month Old Baby?
I hav a male boy delivered by lscs.indication iugr birth weight 2.4kg.nw going to be completed 2 months.im nt having sufficiant brest milk for him.so we started aavin milk he develops diarrhea and his weight dropped upto 1.900kg.we hospitalised him docters says lactose intolerence it seems.we tried lactose free milk powder eventho diarrhea will start.nw he is rce kanjee with out milk diarrhea stopped.but he is severe failure to trive.so pls suggest me what kind o food or milk product can give for my baby?

Mother's milk is best milk for a baby. So you should try to increase breast milk secretion by taking nutritional supplements like iron, calcium and protein. Breast milk secretions get stimulated while suckling by baby. So they to feed the baby whenever he demands. If mothers milk is not available, other woman's milk can be given.
Try with coming, 50% diluted with water and 1/4 spoon of sugar and then boiled well. Fed in a sterile bottle every time. Dilution can be reduced step by step, as baby starts digesting. Lactose allergy needs to be confirmed by pathological test. Needs to be treated by lactose free milk to suit babies health, as per doctor's advise
