Hello
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Rcinex 450 ingredients are rifampicin 450 mg +isonizide 300 mg .
Sorbilin (tricholin +sorbitol) and proton pump inhibitors .
Usually rifampicin advised on empty stomach .
This salt also contains isonizide which causes nausea hence your doctor advised panta-L ( PAN L ) .
Sorbilin is liver protector with appetizer so in my opinion take these drugs as prescribed by your treating doctor.
Good luck.
