Is It Alright To Using Visine Once The Left Eye Lid Stops To Droop?

I have been having dysport injections for my frown lines, a brown lift for about 2 years. The last visit I also had injections for crows feet. About 2 weeks after my injections my left eye lid started drooping in the evening when I was tired. I have never had any side effects before. My injectionist recommended using visine to treat for now. It has improved and is good when I use the visine. Should I discontinue? I am frightened I may have permanent damage. What do you recommend?
