doctor now i am 57 years old diabetic from last 8 years now since last 2 months i am not getting my pennies hard at least in the early hours though urine is filled and not getting erected though there sexual feelings please prescribe medicine

Hi: welcome to healthcare magic. Diabetes is one of the common reasons for erectile dysfunction. Unless your sugars are controlled, your erection will not improve. First get your sugars controlled. Get your heart, kidney and prolactin checked. If you are not taking nitrates and all your reports are normal you can try sildenafil 50mg. But it is preferable to take this medicine after clinical evaluation by a doctor and over the counter prescription is not advisable.
