Noted the history of total
colectomy for colonic inertia, still issues of going for restroom, straining causes piles, pale to white stools followed by frequent yellow liquid.
This indicates that there mat be
gall bladder malfunction not allowing the escape of bile when necessary and releasing at other times.
When the bile is not mixed with the food, that part will appear pale or white.
I would advise you the following:
Get the stool tested for 3 consecutive days, particularly the pale and white part for stercobilinogen
Ultrasonography of the abdomen particularly for hepato-biliary and
pancreas system.
Any other tests as may be necessary after clinical evaluation.
Changes of foods and beverages t suit you the most.
Addition of therapeutic dosages of
Vitamin A and D has a definite role.
