Is It Good For Me To Take So Many Pills At A Time?

hello, I have a question concerning taking medication with cyst kidneys. I am in Kenya a t the moments and have been prescribed Nitazoxanide and cyclopam because of a parasite in my stool. Also I have been prescribed biofulvin because of ringworm. Besides this I am talking doxycycline (to prevent malaria), perindopril (for hypertension) and contraceptive. Is it ok for me to take all these pills?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your clinical history is concerned to take all medications as advised by your treating doctor for various conditions and as per recommended doses, but no desideratum of cyclopam at all if you have no pain. Only for 2 to 3 days you can take, as you have been given, categorical medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
