doc... its my first time abortion it is hard to get pregnant again after abortion?? they say if you abort your first baby is not easy again to pregnant..

Yes if you go for a D&C , then the procedure might cause tubal blockage which is the cause of sterility.If it is an early pregnancy then you can take tablets under doctor's supervision.
