Is It Necessary To Eat Gluten After Getting EGD For Weight Loss And Fatigue?

Had a recent EGD in November symptoms prior to it were weight loss fatique abd pain generalizied ..have a hx of diverticulitis and colectomy in 2008... now I get a call today that biopsy showed lymphocytes and they want to do blood work I have been off gluten just trying it since my EGD and feel better however today my sch post-op appt 6wks later they call and say oh Dr. reviewed your chart and you need additonal blood work drawn ... soooo I am a RN and feel there practice is pretty lame not letting me know and now they tel me that I hve to eat gluten in ordder to not get a false positive on blood work HELP ilive in Hawaii outer island and no good drs

no its not good enough , you shoud take proper diet. you should do gargles and take some green tea I recommend to have a proper clinical examination.
