Hi, thanks for using HCM.
Impolon is a implant containing hormones in it, basically acts on uterus endometrium to affect implantation of fertilized ovum. Secretions during intercourse are from vagina., not affected by your implant. Burning sensation and Dryness could be due to infection or reduced hormonal support. Consult doctor for examination, may need to get swab smear study from vagina and urine routine for diagnosis. Your partner need to be treated in case of infection to prevent re[peated infection.
Hope this helps you.
