Is It Normal To Feel Bloated With Sore Breasts After Having A Surgical Abortion?

I had an surgical abortion 2 weeks ago, din't feel much pain just a light cramps and tiny spots on the 1st few days...but now im sort of feeling some weird stuff, feel like im still pregnant, feel bloated and got sore breast....can't stop thinking about it
