Is It Normal To Get Burning Sensation At The Incision Site?

I am a 35 yr old female.I had a tummy tuck 18 days ago.I have had a low grade temp off and on since the surgery.it has never gotten over 100. I've talked to my ps he doesn't think I have an infection and doesn't think it's related to the surgery.I also sometimes have a burning sensation at the insecion site and my back.is this normal?
