Is It Normal To Have Difficulty In Swallowing And Fatigue For Cervical Spondylosis?

Hi, with cervical sponleosis, I notice I am having a hard time swallowing and having some times it seems like I don t have energy to walk up steps, is this normal or something urgent to tell my doctor? I just found out yesterday on my mri. thank you
