Is It Normal To Have Trembling Hands And Racing Heart When It Is Your First Meeting ?

Hi I had my first client meeting today and was feeling very confident before. As I was in the room my hands started trembling, my heart was racing and I didn t sound as confident as I had expected. I m mortified and am feeling really anxious and low because of it

This is not an abnormal reaction. if you continue to have these symptoms spontaneously then it becomes more of a concern. If it turns out to be an performance anxiety issue that persists, ask your doctor about a low dose of Propranolol which works very well for many people.
