Is It Normal To Lose Motor Control Of Lower Body While Running?

Hello! I am a 36 yr old women. I exercise daily and am to myself considered healthy. I have had 2 instances while running lately that is very concerning. I run and after short distance I lose motor control of my lower body. Is this normal or should I be concerned.

I would like to know since how long you are into exercising ? If you are new with it and overdoing it , more than your capacity ,occasionally , you might experience such symtoms .
In fact , when we work out , we are influenced by animea ,dehydration, low blood sugar levels, low/ high BP overexertion, and, quite possibly, heat exhaustion . Lack of sleep ,stress ,worry can also put you in this condition .

Try to remove causes and help increase immunity to lead healthy life .
Start with slow motion and gradualy excel .
Relax after every step
Do Yoga ,Pranayam ,Deep breathing - Inhale as deep as possible - Hold - Exhale -Hold - help to re-expand lungs help detoxing the inner system and boosting the energy by providing sufficient oxygen .
Take break whenever you feel losing control
Take care of your life style & food habits . Keep yourself well hyderated , Sleep well , Eat healthy balanced diet .
