Is It Normal To Skip A Heart Beat In Between Every 7-10 Beats?
What could be causing my husband's heart to be skip a beat roughly every 7-10 beats? He doesn't feel it, but I notice it when I lay on his chest. I've been keeping an ear on it, and it's continued for a month now. We are uninsured, so I can't take him to a doctor. He has cerebral palsy, and I know they're at a higher risk for heart disease. Is there a way to know if this is "okay" or if we need to get insurance ASAP?
Hello Missing a heart beat every 10 times may be pre mature ventricular contraction. This much may be normal but if it has appeared for one month only, he should be investigated for Ischemic Heart disease . At least ECG is needed to understand the pattern DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
