Hi I have been circumcised for about a week and a half now on the left side of my penis the stitches are healing fine but on the other side it's like they have been pulled apart for some reason there was a bit of blood I think I pulled the stitches apart should I be worried

Nothing to worry, go for proper dressing after proper cleaning the wound with application of antibiotic.
It is better to go for dressing with your doctor only.
Keep local hygiene proper.
