Hi well come to HCM.
It is possible if the tumor size has grown bigger.Intially when small there was no pressure
on surrounding brain tissue.After increase in size it has started giving presure on sur-
rounding structure which gives all these.Get done,repeat MRI brain and asses and
compare with previous size.Thanks
