Is It Possible To Contract Virus From My Sex Partner Who Has A Wart On His Finger Considering I Am Positive For HPV?

Recently tested positive for HPV but current partner has no indication of genital warts, but does have at least one wart on one of his fingers. Is it possible that I may still have contracted this virus from him after almost three years of celibacy between him and my previous partner?

Hi,
Genital warts is one of the easily transmissible STDs. It is caused by the human papilloma virus and easily spread through skin contact. There need not be sexual intercourse for it to spread.
