General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Osteoporosis can not be cured completely. It can be maintained under control with diet and medication.

I suggest a diet that's low in salt and rich in fresh and minimally processed whole grains, fruits, and vegetables.

Include enough calcium and vitamin D from foods, and supplements if necessary. Limit caffeine and carbonated drinks.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
