Is It Possible To Feel Heartbeats All Over The Body?

Why can I feel my heartbeat all over my body (in strange places too)? I've been diagnosed with heart palpitations when I was thirteen and recently I had hot and spicy chips and ever since then I can feel my heartbeat all over my body. even in my face.. back.. toes... etc.

What is your B P ?
Are you taking too much of tea/coffee ?
Proper sleep or not,cause anxiety
Please answer these questions ,doctor would come to diagnosis
I advise for
1-E C G
2-Blood for Thyroid function test ( T3 T4 TSH )
