Is It Possible To Have Chickenpox Attack Twice In A Child?

Hi
My question is about chicken pox, my six years old has them now, but he had them when he was one year old too. What is more possible- that he has them for the second time or was he misdiagnosed first time? Can they easily be mixed up with something else like one of MMR? Thank you!
