General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Usually depression and anxiety don't cause hallucinations. An overdose of the anti-anxiety medications and any worsening of the situation can and it needs to be evaluated by a psychiatrist. Don't loose time but visit a psychiatrist.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
