Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Tubectomy can be reversed either laparoscopicaly or through open surgery.
Laparoscopic reversal is better as it reduces pain, hospital stay. But its little costly. Cost varies from hospital to hospital (it can be between Rs 50000 & Rs 1lac).
Umbilical hernia mesh should not interfere with surgery. You can tell surgeon beforehand so that umbilical port can be avoided.
You can go for laparoscopic reversal for decent chance of pregnancy after surgery.
Hope this helps you.
Regards.
