Hi There,
Fetus under 8-10 weeks can be safely aborted with medicines only. It is called MTP(medical termination of pregnancy). The medication required for this is NOT available in the market/above the counter.
You have to visit a gynecologist/family planning center for the procedure.
Please consider ALL the ethical/moral implications of abortion before making a decision that is right for you.
