Is It Safe To Consume Non Veg Food While Breastfeeding An Infant With Chickenpox?
My baby is 10 months old and is suffering from chicken pox. Her 1st rash/blister was on 14th May. They are drying up now and have a black cover on most of them. As i am breastfeeding her, will me having non veg food affect her in a negative way, with the infection taking longer to cure. Is this a problem?
Hi..can understand your concern. As per your query about having nonveg diet as a lactating mother to a child having chicken pox is As chicken pox is a viral disease and will cure with its own time without medication you can take non veg diet and there is no harm...you just have to keep your digestive system good so that the baby doesn't feel any discomfort.Feed your milk as much as possible to boost up his immunity.I hope the information helps you.You are welcome on HCM to have any further query.Take care.
