Is It Safe To Continue With Venlafaxine For Melancholic Depression?

I havr had anhedonia for years and I think its due to melancholic depression but im not sure be cause it is almost my main symphtom. Venlafaxine helped me for a while until I had to stop it due to serious side effects. None other antidepressants have helped me to overcome this situation and I tried venlafaxine again with no results anymore. I went to ECT and it helped me for little less than month and then I relapced again. What should I do next? I have no will for living and my family members are also getting depressed because of my condition. I m a living zombie. 180 degrees different than my real personality. I have withdrawn from my friends and social connections cause I don t get any pleasure from it. Help me please.
