Hello & Welcome to HCM,

I had gone through the case and concerned for you.

I want to inform you that Epsom Salt ( magnesium sulfate) has many qualities for using internally and externally both.

As if you use Epsom salt for soaking, it will help to relive the pain and relax the muscles of leg. It will not harmful for you.

Even if you take bath with warm water by adding Epsom salt will also relax the body pain.As Stress drains the body of magnesium and increases levels of adrenaline. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin and replenishes the level of magnesium in the body. The magnesium helps to produce serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of calm and relaxation.

Hope my suggestion will be helpful for you.

Thanks,
