Is It Safe To Do Dermarolling While Taking Isotretinoin?

Hi.. I have started taking isotrtinoin 20mg dose every day since last two days and have been asked by doctor to continue this for one month. Next week I have my first dermarolling session. Is it safe to get dermarolling done alongwith taking the isotretinoin dose everyday?

Age 29yrs, height - 164cms, weight 57kgs .. never taken any continued medication for acne before.
