Is It Safe To Eat Pineapple To Lose Weight?

hello, i am a girl 27 years old and my wight is 60kg. i tray to lose it by some exercise but i couldn t. and i always think how i lost it and for this i am not very comfortable with my body. so do u via Ananas can help me? do u think it s safe? thank you

You are 27 so you have a good metabolism rate. because after 30 the metabolism begins to slow down every year. You are 60 kg so you don't have to lose a lot of weight . I think you don't have to use via Ananas. Let's take an example: You use it then , after stop using it you will eat again and you wil regain weight . Because via Anans only lows your apetite. So the best way is the combination of diet and exercise.
Try to eat a high protein diet with cheese, egg, cottage cheese, milk chicken, fish and less carbohydrates such as bread, rice, cookies, spaghetti, desserts.
Go jogging every day or at least 4 times a week. Or subscribe yourself in a gym. Combine cardi( treadmill) with weightlifting with light weights. It will help you build muscle and burn fat easily. Try to exercise in an empty stomach. 3 hours after eating. Try to eat dinne at 7:00pm and then breakfast at 9:00 am if you can. this is called intermitent fasting and helps you burn fat.
