HI SIR MY BABY NOW 4 MONTHS AT BIRTH 15 DAYS WEHAD WENT AT GOVERMENT NURSE TO GET BCG INJECTION BUT IT NOT INTURED STILL NOW THERE IS NO SWELLING ONE DAY BACK I CONSULT PEDIATRICIAN DOCTOR HE CHECKED AND TOLD TAKE AGAIN BCG VACCINE ..ME DOUGHT IS BCG VACCINE HOW MANY TIMES CAN TAKE AND WHAT PROBLEMS CAN SUFFER BABY..?

Usually the BCG vaccine is given immediately after birth, but sometimes can be delayed no longer than 12 months.
If the scar is not developed, we can order to take immunization again. This explains why his pediatrician asked to repeat the BCG vaccine.
