Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. Top feeds given for the infants always carries a risk of gastrointestinal disorders leading to vomiting and diarrhea. But since is milk is essential to provide energy for the babies, it needs to be fed frequently. As far as possible, you need to provide them with breast milk, which is safe. Since the Pediatrician has advised to give Dexolac top feed, kindly take care to use clean utensils (steralized in boiling water) and boiled and cooled filter water for its constitution while feeding.
