Is It Safe To Go On Hcg Diet After Recovering From Microadenoma?

Good Afternoon. I had a microadenoma ( prolactinoma) on 2003 and was treated with bromocriptiona 2mg l 2006. On 2006 the prolactinoma shrunk, prolactin leves on my blood are normal, and the yearly MRI results are no findings of the microadenoma. I am 37 yrs old female and I need to know if I can start an Hcg Diet?

Dear friend , greetings from HCM... i understand your query .. HCG diet is not recommended... it could lead to some other health related issues ... you just recovered from prolactinoma. you need to try natural and healthy ways to reduce your weight and also to maintain it. do not go for short cuts it could harm you .
first stay away from all the fast / processed / and fried food stuffs .. divide your meal in to 4-5 parts per day whenever you feel hungry.. add more of fiber rich food stuffs like green leafy vegetables, raw fruits.. (not juices), eat very less of carbohydrates (rice) avoid sugar completely.. take Millets and breads prepared out of it like ragi.. ragi is a very good source of calcium too...do take more of proteins ... like egg white... say no to oils and cholesterol rich food stuffs ... u can take fish (boiled) but chicken (without skin) rarely... based on this you prepare your diet chart and strictly follow it ..Do exercise .. walk at least half an hour to one hour a day ... try and practice yoga and pranayama ... some aasanas are very easy to practice and also beneficial. Moreover, beet root juice (inorganic nitrate), olive leaves, garlic, termeric, tamarind also have proven benefits. if u can follow these ...you can definitely see difference yourself ..ALL THE BEST .. THANK YOU
