Is It Safe To Have Glucon D To Increase Stamina?

I am 23 yr old, a s/w engineer. I get tired every day. I do exercise every day. Its not like my job is related to physical work. Is it ok to have a glucon-d to boost my stamina or if there is any other way to resolve this problem? Could you please help me with this. Thanks, Vishal.

Hello Vishal,

Glucon-D constitutes of glucose which will provide you with instant supply of energy.
But by getting metabolised early, it does not serve as a source of prolonged energy.

So, you need to exercise regularly & take healthy food such as:
1. Consume more of natural diet like fresh fruits, green vegetables, milk, eggs, wheat, etc.
2. Avoid oily and junk food.
3. Stay away from smoking & alcohol.

Despite these measures, if you experience difficulty, it will be better to rule other causes of easy fatiguability.
Investigations like complete blood count, thyroid profile, estimation of blood sugar level will be helpful to rule out any chronic infection, hormonal and metabolic causes.

Wishing you a healthy life.
Take care.
