Is It Safe To Remove Anal Skin Tag By Liquid Nitrogen?

I had a small anal skin tag removed by liquid nitrogeon on the external anal rim 3 weeks ago and since then have constant pressure of wanting to have a bowel movement. The pressure is so bad and does not go away even after a bowel movement. Could liquid nitrogeon have damaged me
