my uncle had a heart attack on december 27 and is now in a coma since that date. He now opens his eyes but no other movement from his body. The doctor says he has brain damage. The doctor says his prognosis is poor and he don't think he is coming out of this. he's on a repirator and i think we want him remove from this machine do you think its a good idea to have him remove from the respirator.

Hi i read your query very carefully.

unfortunately this is a bad idea. If you remove him from the machine he will probably die within minutes.

Hope it was of help!
