Ideally when you miss a dose of thyronorm you should preferably take it as soon as you remember but if it is time for your next dose you should go ahead with the normal schedule and not take a double dose. Hence i would not advise you to take the two tablets together. But please do try to keep a reminder to take the tablets and try to be more regular for optimum effect. For the second part of your question , hypothyroidism is associated with fertility problems, but because your hormone levels are within the desired range, i wouldnt worry too much about it. You should know that anxiety itself can cause problems with ovulation and hence conception. Hence please do not worry . Continue your medications and maintain your hormone levels in the desired range and avoid anxiety. Your paediatrician will probably check the babys thyroid status after birth to rule out problems, so don worry. Hope this has put you at ease. Take care
