Therefore, my opinion is that it is safe to take one or the another. As for the other part, cardiac stress test is a very sensitive test to determine whether there is a coronary artery blockage anywhere in your coronary arteries, but has low specificity to determine to which artery is the culprit and has the blockage. Therefore, coronary angiogram is recommended, to precisely reveal that which artery may have the blockage, and further strategies of treatment that should be undertaken, at the moment or later.
