Hii doc, im a football player n I ve been experiencing a sharp ache in my shin bones n thigh bones.. N they bite at night... Iitsits affecting my performance on d pitch... I ve taken evion 400 and it doesn t help... Zerodol helps temporarily... Is it ok to take 2 cipcal500 daily?? Plz help
