Is It Safe To Take Fluconazole For Inflammation Caused Due To UTI?

I have symptoms of UI, it is reoccurring for 4 times now in the last year till now. This time i had urination painful at the end of urination and frequency of urge. started ciprofloxacin 250 mg twice a day for 7 days . the day i started the medicine i noticed slightly blood colored urine for 3 times which became clear and colorless. in the past 16 days I noticed 3 times discharge when I was washing after going to toilet. There is no discharge on my underwear or smell and my urine is very clear and colorless. It has been 4 days with the antibiotics. Even though the pain for urination is subsided I feel there is some serious problem and cannot tell whether it is by urinary bladder or whether it is uterus . there is some discomfort around my vaginal area from inside. I don t know whether I should see a urologist or gynecologist. I don t have any of these doctors. I am 59. My physical was done in september and all was normal. I went to a family practice on the 12th feb. The doctor did urine analysis, wet prep, internal exam, and urine culture, results of urine were negative. and she gave metrudiazole gel .75% for 5 days from 13th feb she felt some inflammation during examination. Doctor gave antibiotics only because I called her on 24th for my results and that I was complaining I am not feeling better. Along with antibiotic she also gave me 1 tablet fluconozole 150mg which i haven t eaten. I have allergy to lot of antibiotics. so i am afraid to take medicines. i started antibiotic on the 25th. Can you advise who to go to at this point? Is there a test to find out which antibiotics I have reaction to?
