General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It is safe to take these medicines while suffering from diabetes. There is no documented evidence of any harmful interactions between these blood pressure lowering medicines and having diabetes hence they may be taken safely.

Based on the history you seem to be having fluctuating levels of blood pressure for which you should ask your doctor for possible dose adjustment or other alternate effective but safer medicines.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
