Is It Safe To Take Omeprazole For Gerd?
I took Famotidine and my alt was slightly elevated so I switch to omeprazole as my gerd problem persist per my doctors advice,however my alt went up higher to 59..Im only taking multivitamins ,calcium and vit b12 and also glucosamine. What could be the possible culprit? thanks

with regards to omeprazole , it is the best choice for GERD.
your liver pannel may be not related with omeprazole use.
I need to know more of your medical data like BMI, alcohol use and heaptits tests.
