Is It Safe To Take Pueraria Mirifica For Sleeplessness And Hot Flashes?
I ve been dealing with hypothyroidism then hyper since my Nature Throid dose was too high. I m down to 1/2 65mg tab/day. I m 76 and still having sweats/flashes and sleep problems. Is pueraria magnifica suitable for me? I had breast cancer 8 yrs ago. Mastectomy and no treatment...it hadn t spread and was due to 23 yrs of HRT. I know phytoestrogens are not indicated with thyroid but is this different?
