Hello,
Welcome to HCM

Rabies is a disease which is 100% fatal but it is 100% preventable with proper and adequate treatment.

Adequate treatment means wound wash, antirabies vaccines and rabies immunoglobulins.

Atleast you have started the treatment 2 days after the bite, chance of getting rabies will be less, I would suggest you to observe the biting dog for atleast 10 days.

Mean while you need to take all the 5 doses of antirabies vaccines on to the deltoid on days 0, 3, 7, 14 and 28 days.

Hope you got the answer for your query.
Thank you
